I am a retired construction company owner, and have been restoring old things most of my life. I love restoring cars and boats, and have been doing this more than 20 years. Now I'm focused on making The Boathouse Marina a destination for all boaters.

We're committed to providing the best possible services for our clients. Whether it be restoration services, safety equipment, electronics, or any of the things today's boat owners need.  The marina provides full haul/repair and maintenance service on site, 30 and 50 amp electrical service, water, and a shared courtesy golf cart, and much more.  

The Marina opened in 1946 as Stanford's Marine Railway. Clarence Stanford built classic wooden boats here for many years. I bought the Marina in 2015 and have steadily remodeled and upgraded the marina since then. The major part of the renovation occurred after a strong micro burst storm created major damage in April 2017. New piers and floating slips were added, buildings were upgraded and the electric plant completely redone.

I want you to feel comfortable in this "floating neighborhood."  WIFI is provided, as well as a Captain's Lounge, satellite television, showers, and laundry facilities to add to the comfort of your stay.

Stop by in your electric car for an electric "fill-up." We have the only electric auto charging station in town.

All slip holders receive a 10% discount on parts and labor at the Marina. We recognize our hard working watermen with special discounts and sales tax relief when they supply us withtheir waterman permit number.
